How it works:

• The Horse(s) will be sent to a top farm to be turned out and then broke. Horse(s) will receive the best care, feed, and training to get them ready in becoming a race horse.

• The partners will be notified by email or phone about how the horse(s) are doing, when it will be coming to the track and when it will workout or run.

• You receive quarterly profit, loss and expenses statements and will be billed quarterly for estimated expenses for the upcoming quarter.
• At the end of the year, each partner will receive a K-1 document that will detail the profits and losses for your tax situation.
• When we reach the winner’s circle you will receive checks form our share of the purse based on your ownership usually in 3 to 4 weeks and of course that important winners circle photo and DVD.

• Going to see the stables in the morning and watch the workouts.
• Talking to the top trainers and jockeys
• Being in the middle of all the action
• Being part of a proven and successful team
• And best of all, the walking ring and Winner’s Circle.

• We believe that constant contact is essential to a good relationship. So essential is this contact that we have a section on our web-site that is exclusively for members. We also have a forum page where members can post messages, which allows them to communicate their thoughts and ideas with one another. We also send e-mail notices every two weeks to keep partners updated on the progress of their horse.

• We hope that you choose to join our team and enjoy all the excitement of thoroughbred ownership. That being said please understand that thoroughbred racing is a very risky sport. These are high performance athletes and sometimes there are injuries and disappointments, but by spreading the costs around to all of the partners, you can enjoy all of the benefits without all of the risks.
